The curtain rises during the long autumn evenings, the shimmering light of the southern sunset, and the deep, warming flavors. Each dish will be a separate act with its own beginning, climax, and aftertaste that stays in the memory. The dishes take the stage at the table like heroes, flavors engage in a dialogue, and unexpected accents and expressive presentation come together to form a cohesive performance where the guest is both a spectator and a participant.

The wine accompaniment will be a separate act in this performance: each glass will sound like a precise replica, highlighting the character of the dish and revealing its new nuances.
