A joint set of two virtuosos is a gastronomic story, where the taste of dishes is revealed through texture, aroma and emotion.

Alexey Kogay
Brand chef, restaurateur and the youngest holder of a Michelin star in Russia. Alexey continues to inspire and surprise his guests, creating unique gastronomic experiences and raising the bar for quality in Russian cuisine - since February 2025 he has been the brand chef and partner of the "Oshi Izakaya" project.
