Starting October 25th, this intimate space will open its doors daily. The new, expanded menu from star chef Ilya Zakharov combines his signature vision and culinary audacity. Exquisite Asian dishes, light appetizers, and signature desserts reveal multilayered flavor compositions. A collection of unique cocktails, crafted from individual recipes, will showcase a harmony of vibrant and unusual flavors. Each one features unexpected combinations and subtle accents: spicy and fresh, light and layered, they surprise, opening new culinary horizons.
Live music will add a special touch to the updated concept. Marsala Bar guests will be treated to a performance by Varvara Ubel, a singer with a deep jazz voice where tenderness intertwines with strength, and every note evokes a unique mood. Her voice can lull you with a warm ballad or captivate you with a fast-paced rhythm, transforming music into a true experience.
