On June 12, Russia Day, the Mantera Supreme Seaside hotel invites you to become a part of one of the most exciting gastronomic events of the year, the "Longest Breakfast in Russia". This massive gastronomic marathon will take place at the Solis restaurant and will be officially recorded by representatives of the Russian Book of Records. This is an opportunity not just to attend an unusual breakfast, but to join a federal-scale event and become a part of history. For 11 hours, guests will travel across the country's gastronomic map, from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad, witnessing Russia's "awakening" hour by hour. The event will start at exactly 00:00 Moscow time, coinciding with sunrise in the Far East. The event will end at 11:00, when morning arrives in the westernmost region of the country.
The menu will be updated every hour, presenting the tastes and local products of different regions of Russia. The chefs' team's signature dishes will include Kamchatka crab, Baikal lobster, Altai cheeses, taiga berries, Ossetian pies and Baltic sprat. Ilya Zakharov, the concept chef, and Pavel Stepkin, the head of the Solis restaurant, are responsible for the concept of the gastronomic journey.
For one night, the restaurant will turn into an interactive gastronomic map of Russia with atmospheric design, time zone navigation, DJ sets and live music. The culmination of the event will be the official confirmation of the record by representatives of the Russian Book of Records. Especially nice: for the guests Mantera Supreme Seaside participation in the event will be free throughout breakfast. This is a great reason to spend a long June weekend by the sea, book a room and become part of the country's record.
The event is also open to everyone.
