On June 12, Russia Day, the Mantera Supreme Seaside Hotel invites you to become a part of one of the most exciting gastronomic events of the year, The Longest Breakfast in Russia. A large-scale gastronomic marathon will be held at the Solis restaurant and will be officially recorded by representatives of the Russian Book of Records. This is an opportunity to join a federal-scale event and become a part of history. For 11 hours, guests will travel along the gastronomic map of the country — from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad — watching Russia "wake up" hour by hour.
The menu will be updated every hour, presenting the tastes and local products of different regions of Russia. The chefs' team's signature dishes will include Kamchatka crab, Baikal omul, Altai cheeses, taiga berries, Ossetian pies and Baltic sprat. Ilya Zakharov, Concept Chef and Pavel Stepkin, chef of the Solis restaurant, are responsible for the concept of the gastronomic journey. For one night, the restaurant will turn into an interactive gastronomic map of Russia with atmospheric design, time zone navigation, DJ sets and live music. During breakfast, a raffle of gifts from the Mantera group of companies will be held among the guests.
