For the first time ever, we're celebrating the first anniversary of the Mantera Supreme Seaside Hotel with a grand celebratory brunch. We invite you to a creative brunch that will embody culinary art in the hotel's world of flavors. In addition to the diverse buffet at the Solis restaurant, star concept chef Ilya Zakharov and his team of culinary experts will present five stations featuring a bountiful selection of dishes from all of the hotel's dining spaces. A collection of themed drinks at each station will complete this flavor journey.
