The fine dining restaurant Le Ri and the Mantera Supreme Seaside Hotel's head sommelier, Evgeny Ksenofontov, invite you to a Wine Club meeting—a journey through Burgundy, where every vineyard tells its own story, and the concept of terroir is literally at the tip of the tongue. Burgundy is considered one of the most complex wine regions in the world, but this evening it will become closer and more understandable.

A cozy gathering awaits you, with conversations about wine, where each glass reveals the terroir—that combination of soil, climate, and traditions that transforms Pinot Noir from one plot into cherry nectar, and from the next into a tale of forest and truffles. This is an opportunity to journey from the southern plains of Mâconnais to the legendary Premier Crus of the Côte de Nuits and understand why wines from neighboring plots can differ in price by a factor of 10. The experience will be completed with a gastronomic pairing from the signature menu of concept chef Ilya Zakharov—a precise accent that will highlight the character of each vintage.

The theme of the evening is Burgundy. Terroir on the tip of your tongue.
Format — intimate only, limited to 15 guests.
Guests will be arriving at 6:00 PM.
