For the first time, the signature cuisine restaurant Le Ri will transform into a venue where masters will combine their techniques and unique recipes to create a new level of gastronomy. Subtle transitions of flavor, carefully crafted compositions, and ideas will be brought together in a harmonious story of a single set—from the first course to the final highlight.
Ilya Zakharov — Concept Chef of the Mantera Group.
One of the most recognizable chefs and hosts of culinary shows on the Friday! TV channel. The author of over 30 gastronomic books, Ilya masterfully combines classic dishes with a bold signature style, turning dinner into a true gastronomic experience.
Artem Gul — Brand Chef of Mantera Supreme.
An expert with 18 years of experience and a graduate of the Basque Culinary Centre, Artem combines local ingredients with modern global techniques and, together with Ilya Zakharov, develops a signature style of haute cuisine for the region.
Mikhail Rodionov — Brand Chef of the Myasnoy Sindicate restaurant.
One of the most prominent chefs in southern Russia, a winner of WhereToEat and Sobaka Sochi. Mikhail has over 20 years of professional experience, combining classic and contemporary trends in his techniques to create a gastronomy of vibrant textures and expressive flavors.
Denis Krupenya — Chef of the seafood bistro NN.8.
Brand Chef of Bar&Grill Craft. Under his leadership, the restaurant was recommended by Michelin. Denis is known for his thoughtful gastronomic logic: each dish offers a balance of flavors and a clean, lingering finish. He actively develops gastronomic culture and trains young chefs.
Artem Avtandilyan — Chef of the Brunello restaurant.
A chef with ten years of experience, trained under Ilya Zakharov. He creates a menu at the intersection of Russian, Pan-Asian, and European cuisines—a minimalist presentation, vibrant flavors, and bold combinations.
The gastronomic menu will be complemented by wine pairings from Chef Sommelier Evgeny Ksenofontov, a keen connoisseur and master of wine storytelling. Each glass will be a touch that reveals the chefs' vision and enhances the flavors of the dish.
Guests will be welcomed at 6:00 PM Dress code: Cocktail.
The private Le Ri space, featuring signature cuisine, live music, and the opportunity to interact personally with the chefs, is an evening created for those seeking new culinary experiences and appreciating the opportunity to observe the masters of taste up close.
