For the first time this year, on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day, the signature cuisine restaurant Le Ri invites you to a gourmet dinner prepared by concept chef Ilya Zakharov. An evening dedicated to all men who appreciate the art of taste and contemporary culinary culture.
The focus is on a signature meat set menu, embodying a concept based on masterful preparation and precise control during the meat-processing process. Rich flavors and carefully crafted combinations: beef carpaccio with Parmesan, marbled beef tartare, braised lamb with parsnips and mint, meat pie with oxtail filling, and a chocolate bar with bacon—a surprising, contrasting finale.
The gastronomic menu will be complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing from head sommelier Evgeny Ksenofontov and an elegant representative of wine culture. Each glass will be an accent, revealing the character and depth of flavor of each dish.
Guests will be arriving at 6:00 PM. Dress code: Cocktail.
